Lithuanian tour of Chicago and cruise on the Chicago River

Chicago is not just a city. It is the living heart of the Lithuanian diaspora, imprinted on the city's streets, church steeples, cemetery monuments, and the memories of the people who have preserved for a century what makes us who we are.

This is not a trip you will find in any guidebook.

We invite you on a journey through the hidden Chicago – a city within a city built by Lithuanian hands, Lithuanian faith and Lithuanian stubbornness. From the first immigrants who arrived with nothing and created institutions that endure to this day, to the communities that refused to let language, culture and identity disappear – Chicago tells the Lithuanian story like no other city in the world.

You will walk through Marquette Park, where history was made, visit the Lithuanian Youth Center, and enter the Church of the Holy Cross., You will follow in the footsteps of our ancestors in Chicago's Union Stock Yards district, visit the World Lithuanian Center, and many other places where every building and every corner hides a story worth knowing.

And then – a moment you won't forget.

Cruise on the historic Chicago Fireboat. You will sail along the legendary Chicago River and along the shores of Lake Michigan, surrounded by the city skyline, and Lithuanian songs will sound over the water. Around you - your people. This is not a simple excursion. This is belonging.

More than a route, it is a living map of who we are and how far we have come.
