Craft Fair Registration - XVII Šiaurės Amerikos lietuvių tautinių šokių šventė

On July 10–12, 2026, as part of the XVII North American Lithuanian Folk Dance Festival, the Lithuanian Craft Fair will take place at the historic American Book Company (ABC) Building, conveniently connected to the Marriott Marquis Chicago and the McCormick Place Convention Center.

We warmly invite artisans and vendors to be part of this vibrant cultural celebration. Whether you create traditional Lithuanian crafts, contemporary works inspired by heritage, Lithuanian souvenirs, or offer traditional delicacies for guests to take home, your participation helps preserve and celebrate Lithuanian culture while sharing it with thousands of festival attendees from across North America and beyond.

Please note that this is a three-day event. By completing and submitting the registration form, the vendor commits to participating for the entire duration of the event and maintaining their display and products throughout all three days. Set up time slot

To ensure a smooth and safe setup for everyone, all vendors must select a time slot for unloading their items. This helps us manage traffic, avoid congestion, and make sure each vendor has enough space and assistance to set up efficiently. Since the space and parking at the unloading dock is very limited, please select the time for your arrival and unloading. Plan in advance your set up strategy. Scheduled set up times: 3:00pm-7:00pm Thursday, July 9th, and 7:00am-9:00am, Friday, July 10th.

Terms & Acknowledgement

The vendors will confine all sales activities within the limits of their designated area: Table spot is 6' table surface only. Booth is a 6' table and 8' deep area from the front line of the table. Each spot will get 2 chairs for the vendors.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table covers. Provided table size is standard 6'.
Traffic numbers and sales cannot be guaranteed.
Vendors must maintain a neat and professional setup at all times.
Vendors have the option to share a booth/table space, if the registration form is filled with both vendor names and business specifications.
Any extra table (for Booth spots only) must be reserved in advance.
Exhibitors will be responsible for cleaning up their own space at the end of the day.
Exhibitors will be responsible for collecting their own money and securing their own merchandise at the exhibit. The doors will be securely locked at 8:00 pm each night and reopen at 7:00 am the following day.
No outside food or drink is allowed, except water. All food must be purchased from the catering company in the building.
Payment is due upon registration.
All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the payment is returned NSF, there will be a $50 fee added.
Set up times: 3:00pm-8:00pm Thursday, July 9th, and 7:00am-9:00am, Friday, July 10th.
All Booths must be open by 9:00am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Door opens at 7:00am each day for vendors to set up and restock the space.
All vendors are required to stay at their booths during the official operating hours Friday 9:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-6:00pm, Sunday 9:00am-1:00pm.
Clean up time is scheduled 1:00-7:00pm on Sunday, July 12th.
On-site parking reservation is the personal responsibility of the vendors. Self-Parking is conveniently located via Skybridge in Lot A of McCormick Place. Skybridge connectivity to the Marriott Marquis Chicago is located on the 3rd Floor of Lot A. • GPS Address: 2301 S. Prairie Ave, Chicago, IL. In and Out privileges included only to the overnight Marriott Marquis Chicago guests using their room key.
Vendors are encouraged to promote the event on their social media channels.
No smoking is allowed in or near the facility.
No pets are allowed in the facility.
