Do you remember that moment when you met your dance family again after four years?
Familiar faces. Heartfelt hugs. Conversations as if you had only broken up yesterday. And that special feeling of being back where you belong.

This is what the Getting to Know Evening is all about – first meetings, rekindled friendships, and a community that reminds us why the Dance Festival is so special to all of us.

While adults share memories and enjoy long-awaited reunions, young viewers will be invited to the children's play "Teleportation" - a journey full of imagination, adventure and discovery. Later, all families will be invited to a screening of the film "Arklios Dominykas viežia īpašķi ņivies" - a touching story about dreams, friendship and the courage to achieve the impossible.

The evening will culminate in a concert that will bring everyone together for one common celebration. The music will remind many of us of home, childhood, summers in Lithuania, and the people who taught us to love our language, culture, and traditions.

This is an evening when the Dance Festival begins not on stage, but in people's hearts. An evening where memories meet, new friendships are born, and we feel once again how strong our community is.
